She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Ray and Margaret Deese Ray; and her brother Lonnie Ray. She is survived by: her husband Garland Hamrick; her children, Michele Bridges (Jim) of Dobbinsville and Michael Hamrick (Lisa) of Mooresboro; her siblings, Rita Baynard (Marshall) of Danieltown and Dennis Ray (Dena) of Taylorsville, NC; and her grandson Ryan Hamrick of Forest City.
