He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wake Harrill and Hazel Brackett Harrill; and his sister Dora Ann Matheny. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn McGinnis Harrill; his children, Tony Harrill (Pam) of Mooresboro, Tim Harrill of Mooresboro, Janet H. Blanton (Jack) of Forest City, Lisa H. Buchanan (Danny) of Forest City and Lori H. Hall (Jerry) of Forest City; his siblings, George Harrill and Brenda H. Morrow of Forest City; his grandchildren, Ashley Buchanan, Anna Buchanan, Tyler Harrill, Caleb Blanton (Lindsey), Hannah Summerlin (Wes), Megan Hall and Jennifer Wilkie (Caleb); and his great grandchildren, Sawyer, Tucker Harrill, Calvin, Layla Blanton, Weslyn Summerlin and Caroline Jane Wilkie.
