He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Gawenus and Bernice Gawenus. He is survived by: his wife Paula Moureaux; his daughter Jennifer Cora Gawenus; his brother Dan Gawenus; and his grandchildren, David Jr., Joshua, Logan, Zachary, Elizabeth, Brooke and Kiley.
