She is survived by: her children, Donald Hugh Whitener of Forest City, Jane Ferguson Weast (Robbie) of Rutherfordton and Pamela Ferguson Saine (Jamie) of Mooresboro; her siblings, Roberta Bridges of Cliffside and Johnny Brackett of Forest City; her grandchildren, Matthew Weast, Sandy Smith, Ashley Duncan, Jordan Weast, Anna Weast, Courtney Saine and Trey Saine; and her great grandchild Carson Smith.
