We bid farewell to Lois J. Elmore of Forest City, North Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 18, 2025 at the age of 99. Lois touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Bynum Jackson and Nola Ree White Jackson; her husband Henry H. Elmore; her brothers, Glenn Jackson and Samuel Jackson; and her nephew Glenn Forest Jackson, Jr..
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Hiram Elmore (Peggy) of Baton Rouge, LA and Jerry Francis Elmore (Kathy) of Cliffside; and her grandchildren, Michele Elmore Travers (Warren), Dr. Jonathan Elmore (Ruth), Reverend Tim Elmore (Michele), Megan Elmore and Nic Elmore. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
