She was predeceased by: her parents, John Travis Morris and Thelma Blanche Cowen Morris; her husband Carlton Jack Vanwinkle; and her daughter Crystal Shelton. She is survived by: her daughters, Eva Burt, Loretta Jackson and Joyce Jones; and her siblings, Odessa Sherwood, Ted Morris, Carl Morris and Wilburn Morris.
