She was predeceased by: her father Victor Joe Simmons. She is survived by: her husband Stewart Kaulf; her mother Mary Cauble Simmons; her daughters, Tanya Michelle Hunnicutt Wiley (David), Tara Danielle Hunnicutt Calton (Tim) of Rutherfordton, NC and Hayley Leigh Hunnicutt Suttle (Robby) of Rutherfordton, NC.; her grandchildren, Connor Wiley (Wren), Austin Wiley, Christine Calton, Tyler Jolley, Hunter Jolley, Kaitlyn Whisnant, Madison Suttle and Nicholas Suttle; her great grandchildren, Kamen Wiley, Jayden Calton and Kenna Jolley; and her siblings, Steve Simmons (Vickie) of Oriental, NC, JoEllen Short (Tommy) of Mooresboro, NC and Mike Simmons (Pat) of Shelby, NC. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
