He is survived by: his parents, Chris Moore, Jr. of Forest City and McKala Fowler of Forest City; his grandparents, Terry and Kim Fowler of Spartanburg; his great-grandparents, Mike, Renee Greenlee of Forest City and Terry Fowler of Spartanburg; his grandparents, Chris Moore, Sr. (Pamela Cabiness) of Forest City, Melessia Moore (Alan Holycross II) of Ellenboro and Matthew Tallent of Winston-Salem; his great-grandparents, Kenny, Joyce Tallent of Cliffside, Joyce Pruitt of Mooresboro and Deborah Anderson of Ellenboro; and his godparents, Daniel Valdez of Forest City and Kaylee Ward of Forest City. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
