She is survived by: her husband Miguel Mercado; her children, Jeffrey Scott Nanney and Cheyenne Michelle Mercado (Serenity) of Forest City; her caregiver Jose Ramirez; her siblings, Crystal Beheler of Forest City and James Rex Shehan, Jr. of Ellenboro; her niece Cassidy Ellenburg (Jerry Hernandez) of Forest City; her great-nephew Samuel Ellenburg; and her great-niece Nova Ellenburg.
