He is survived by: his mother Sandra Millwood Allen of Shelby; his wife Diane Brandle Allen; his children, Nikki Allen (John Turner) of Forest City, Josh Allen and Zack Allen; his brothers, Chris Allen (Suzanne) of Shelby and Shawn Allen of Shelby; and his nephews, Luke Allen and Josh Horchak of Shelby.
