It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Fuller (Forest City, North Carolina), born in Marshall, North Carolina, who passed away on August 2, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Ruff and Iva Jenkins Ruff; and her daughter Rhonda "Sissy" Babb. She is survived by: her sons, Curtis "Skip" Babb of Harris and Barry Babb (Lisa) of Forest City; and her brother Michael Ruff (Alice) of Greenville, SC.
