It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Katherine Eitel of Forest City, North Carolina, who passed away on March 11, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ken Hardin, Sr. and Pearl Bradley Hardin; her husband Jimmy Eitel; her daughter Kay Eitel Newton; and her brother Marshall Hardin.
She is survived by: her daughter Hope Eitel King of Forest City; her brother Ken Hardin (Patti) of Forest City; her son-in-law Randy Newton of Forest City; her grandchildren, Casey, Ronnie, Sara and Justin; and her great grandchild Caleb.
Because of the ongoing pandemic, the family has elected to have a private service from the graveside at Cool Springs Cemetery.
