She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Womack and Ruth Cole Womack; and her sister Sandra Womack Summey. She is survived by: her husband David "Andy" Sims; and her brother Carl Daniel Womack of Rutherfordton. She is also survived by cousins, close friends.
