We are sad to announce that on December 29, 2024, at the age of 60, Joyce Wilhide Cole of Forest City, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Wilhide and Valerie King Nutter; her stepfather Matthew Nutter; and her brother David Wilhide. She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Cole; her daughters, Jennifer Glover of Forest City, Parris Bristol of Forest City, Raven Cole of Forest City and Angel Thrift (David) of Forest City; and her siblings, Tammy Smith (Ronnie) of Morganton, NC, Stacey Kempster (Kenny) of Rutherfordton, Samantha Wilhide, Bart Wilhide (Sandy) of Rutherfordton and Michael Wilhide of Rutherfordton. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
