She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Ballard and Betty Womack Ballard; her husband Arthur Rhodes, Sr.; and her brother-in-law Danny Silver. She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Rhodes Millette (Brian) of Forest City and Arthur Lawrence Rhodes, Jr. (Lynn Wright) of Gaffney; her grandson Jamie Davis (Haley) of Forest City; her sister Shirley Ann Silver of Mooresboro; her brother-in-law Kenneth Rhodes of Ohio; and her aunt Francis Scarlata of Louisiana.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are requested to Harrelson Funeral Home, 1251 US Highway 221A, Forest City, NC 28043 to help defray funeral costs.
