He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Worth Wallace and Effie Smith Wallace; and his sons, Mark and Maurice Wallace. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Geer Wallace; and his son Randy Dean Wallace (Jackie). He is also survived by six grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
