It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Hugh Ballinger Jr. (Forest City, North Carolina), who passed away on November 15, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hugh Ballinger, Sr. and Helen Kerley Ballinger. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Cole Ballinger; his children, Jaime Lynch and John Cory Ballinger (Laurie); his sisters, Jane Surrett and Sandra Herron (Harold); his grandchildren, Aaron Ballinger, Darrian Smith, Alexis Smith and Jacob Ballinger; and his great grandchildren, Brady Ballinger, Justice Smith and Nylan Cobo. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family members.
