He was predeceased by: his parent Jerry McEntyre Sr.; and his brother Benny McEntyre. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Barnett; his children, Lindi Outz (DJ), Jessica Rogers-Brown and Austin McEntyre (Tammy McEntyre); his sisters, Rachel McEntyre and Michelle McEntyre; and his grandchildren, Abby Grace McEntyre, Ella Mae McEntyre, Jaxon Alexander McEntyre, Moxxi Zagorski, Zoe K. Brown and Naya S. Brown.
