He was predeceased by: his father Michael Stephen Estep; and his grandparents, Herman, Myrtle Tate, Helen Tate, Merlin and Margaret Hines.
He is survived by: his mother Judy Tate Estep; his sister Stephanie Estep Phillips of Mooresboro; his nephew Dillon Phillips of Forest City; and his great-aunt Betty Ray of Forest City. He is also survived by uncles, aunts and cousins.
