He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Knox Polk and Vida Margaret Matthews Polk; his daughter Jamie Fox (Chris) of Forest City, NC; his granddaughters, Madyson Paige Fox and Hannah Grace Fox; his brother Lynn Polk (Polly) of Nixa; his sister-in-law Sue Polk of Hot Springs, Arkansas.; and his siblings, John Polk and Mary Ruth Polk.
