He is survived by: his wife Martha Flynn Butler; his daughters, Shelley Butler (Ronald) and Christy Brown (Matt); his sister Kathleen Arrowood of Forest City; and his grandchildren, Tyler Brown, Abram Brown, Hayden Whitener, Thomas Morgan and Henry Morgan.
