She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Memory Green and Carolyn Hawkins Green; and her brothers, Neil Hawkins, Dennis, Kenneth and Melvin Green.
She is survived by: her children, Jessica M. Green, Paul C. Green of Forest City and Michael "Mikey" Green of Forest City; her siblings, Bruce Green (Joe Ann) of Henrietta, Paul Henry Caulford of Henrietta and Darlene Millwood (Ted) of Ellenboro; and her grandchildren, Benson Green and Colton Springs Green.
