It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Geraldine Nix of Forest City, North Carolina, who passed away on October 13, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter James Bailey and Altha Cooper Bailey; and her siblings, Audrey Philbeck, Faye Earley and Royce Bailey.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Morrow (Eddie) of Rutherfordton, Tonda Pye (Wayne Smith) of Casar, NC and Terry Davis (Lynn) of Dallas, NC; her siblings, Pat Bedford of Forest City, Bobby Bailey (Linda) of Forest City and Walter Bailey (Ann) of Shelby; and her grandchildren, Amanda Morrow (Megan), Alicia Leverette (Joey), Brad Pye (Harley), Heather Davis, Tracy Goodson (Bobby) and Leslie Buchanan (John). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
