He was predeceased by: his father Albert Lee Adair; his son Jamie Adair; and his brother Randy Adair. He is survived by: his son Kelly Adair (Beth) of Forest City; his siblings, Gene Adair (Maxine) of Ellenboro, Bobby Adair (Tammy) of Forest City, Shirly Campbell (Earl), Kathy Henderson of Forest City and Norma McInturf (Ray) of Forest City; his grandchildren, Cody Adair, Nick Adair, Bryson Adair and Hayden Adair; and his great grandchild Lala Adair. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

“Garland and I fished together for at least 25 years. When he got sick I would go get him and we would drive to silvers or Clearwater to sit and talk. I learned a lot from those talks. I learned that Garland loved his family and friends. I learned that he loved his country. I also learned that Garland loved Jesus. He talked about going home and being with family in heaven. Garland loved to fish. I can only imagine the fish stories with Jesus,Andrew,Peter,James and John. I miss you. RIP love Joey”
