She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Prieto and Ana Baez. She is survived by: her son Antonio; her daughter-in-law Avisag Acosta of Forest City'; her grandchildren, Antonio Acosta, Jr., Azarelly Acosta, Arlene Acosta, Jenell Acosta and Adrian Acosta; and her great grandchildren, Andrew Acosta, Matthew Acosta of Hannah Acosta, T. J, Logan Martinez, Emma Martinez, Luke Martinez and Ella Munoz.
