He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Simmons McCurry and Nelle Watson McCurry; his brothers, Gene and Ray McCurry; and his son-in-law Max Champion.
He is survived by: his children, Mark McCurry (Beverly) of Forest City and Connie McCurry Champion of Forest City; his granddaughters, Amy Bland (Clint) of Ellenboro and Emily Sain (John) of Forest City; and his great grandchildren, Carson, Abby, Griffin Bland, Rylan, Weston and Emerson Sain.
