It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Denton Dalton of Forest City, North Carolina, who passed away on October 12, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Dalton and Maudie Dalton; his daughter Peggy Wyatt; and his siblings, Grenada Dalton, Ostell, Adrian, O'Neil, Pernell, Daniel and Buren Dalton.
He is survived by: his wife Grace; his children, Katherine Craig (Daniel) of Rutherfordton, Harold Dean Dalton (Nancy) of Lawndale, Ronald Dalton (Pam) of Rutherfordton, Donald Dalton of Rutherfordton and Roger Dalton (Valerie) of Rutherfordton; and his stepdaughter Maryanne Riffle (Dale) of Pigeon Forge, TN. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, and many great grandchildren, and many great great grandchildren.
