He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis J. Loftis and Ruby Godfrey Loftis; and his siblings, David Loftis, Ricky Loftis and Linda Loftis.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Loftis; his brothers, Mike Loftis of Shelby and Ronnie Loftis (Judy) of Boiling Springs, SC; his half-sister Tina Fowler of Gaffney; and his pets, Raven and Scarlett.
