She was predeceased by: her parents, James Tate and Mozell Swink Tate; and her husband Chris Taylor. She is survived by: her children, Tiffany Millard (James Jr.) of Forest City and Sean Toney (Paige) of Forest City; and her grandson Tucker Miller.
Social distancing will be required by all attendees.
