He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie B. Baber and Cathren G. Baber; his wife Stella Brown Baber; and his nephew Brian Keith Baber. He is survived by: his son Christopher Dean Baber of Ellenboro, N. C.; his grandchildren, Christopher Baber and Kristine; his siblings, Barbara B. Hamrick (Jack) and David C. Baber of Forest City, N. C.; and his nieces and nephews, DeAnn Johnson of Hickory, N. C., Sherry Crain of Rutherfordton, N. C., Micheal Hamrick of Charlotte, N. C. and Kevin Baber of Forest City, N. C.. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
