It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dave Toney of Forest City, North Carolina, who passed away on April 4, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, T. B. Toney and Maude Holland Toney; and his brothers, O. Sidney Toney and Donald Grayson Toney. He is survived by: his wife Judith H. "Judy" Toney; his daughters, Holly Toney Bridges (Josh) of Forest City, Amanda Toney Bennett (Russ) of Ellenboro and Sally Toney Raya (Stephen) of Ft. Gordon, Georgia.; his grandchildren, Alyssa Toney, Devin Davis, Cade Davis, Kristin Wells, Austin Bridges, Jenna Bennett, Harper Bennett, Addison Raya and Sawyer Raya; and his great grandchild Oliver Wells.
Masks and social distancing will be observed for the safety of those attending. Inurnment of his ashes will be private for the family in the church columbarium.
