He was predeceased by: his parents, James Robert Vickers and Grace Scoggins Vickers. He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Harris Vickers; his daughters, Pamela Dunaway (Terry) of Rutherfordton and Melita Wilson (Mike) of Rutherfordton; his brother Cecil Vickers (Mary Helen) of Forest City; his granddaughters, Heather Morgan, Jessica Osteen and Kaylee Wilson; and his great grandchildren, Madison Morgan, Dillion Morgan and Silas Osteen.
