He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Yates Haynes and Lily Margaret Roberts Haynes. He is survived by: his children, Alex Haynes (Kimberly) of Forest City and Melissa Haynes (Eric Matte) of Ontario; his siblings, Steve Haynes of Forest City and Irene Haynes of Forest City; his grandchildren, Ethan and Eliana Matte; and his nieces and nephews, Gary, Hollie, Matt and Vicky.
