She was predeceased by: her parents, Pete Dobbins and Donna Owens Dobbins; and her sister Kimberly Parker. She is survived by: her husband Neal Cabiness; her children, Brandy Michele Hanson of Hendersonville, Tiffany Vibbert (Brian) of Forest City, Celeste Smith (Austin) of Forest City, Sarah Cook (Bryce) of Anchorage and Jason Cabiness (Stephanie) of Anchorage; her siblings, Wanda McCraw (Ricky) of Gaffney, Rhonda White (Rodney) of Pacolet, SC and Monty Dobbins of Hickory; and her grandchildren, Madison Morrow, Alexus Wilkins, Hayden Cook, Ashley Cook, Eligah Cook, Zoe Cabiness, Oaklynn Vibbert and Anora Smith.
