It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cecil Reid of Forest City, North Carolina, born in Sarles, North Dakota, who passed away on June 12, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Reid and Nellie Walker Reid; his wife Rosalie "Lee" Wisler Reid; his daughter Debra Eileen Reid; his great grandchild Logan Shahan; and his son-in-law Woody Shahan.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra Shahan of Spindale and Jody Heffernan (Dale) of Wichita, KS; his brother Raymon Reid of Chinook, Montana.; and his grandchildren, Robert Shahan (Jessica), Melissa Hutchins (Matt), Stephen Shahan (Christina), Rebecca Godby (Kenneth), Ben Heffernan (Elizabeth), Abigail Townsend (Jared), Marcus Heffernan (Olivia) and Candace Stevenson (Aaron).
