She was predeceased by: her parents, Oris Martin Hamrick and Clara Cooper Hamrick; and her husband James "Jimmy" Pearson. She is survived by: her siblings, John "Billy" Hamrick of Forest City and Wilma H. Sunday of Forest City; and her daughter Rita Hamrick of Virgina. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
