She is survived by: her significant other James Earl Millard; her children, Sheila Toney (David) of Forest City, Tammy Carol Toms of Bostic and Virgil Lee Toms, Jr. (Heather) of Forest City; her sisters, Brenda Toms of Rutherfordton and Donnis Toms (Larry Joe) of Forest City; and her grandchildren, Samantha Burdett, Jessica Toney and Jacob Toms.
