He was predeceased by: his parents, George Albert Marshall and Evelyn Hardin Marshall. He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Haulk Marshall; his sons, Gregg Marshall of Forest City, Kevin Marshall (Karen) of Forest City and Rodney Marshall (Sharon) of Forest City; his grandchildren, Zach Marshall of Forest City, Ashton Dedmon (Brandon) of Boiling Springs, SC, Ellie Marshall of Forest City, Taylor Marshall of Forest City, Logan Marshall (Nicole) of Spindale, Emily Marshall of Charlotte, Carson Marshall of Mooresville and Makaili Wood (Caleb); his great grandchildren, Maxxton Marshall, Auden Boyce, Kylan Boyce and Denver Dedmon; and his siblings, Keith Marshall (Nancy) and Dianne Flynn of Forest City.
