He is survived by: his wife Mabel Yelton Mashburn; his children, Ginny Mashburn Simpson (Josh) and Travis Mashburn (Shalyn Laughter); his brother Ray Mashburn; and his grandchildren, Andrew Kinney, LaRue Laughter, Lukcas Laughter and Wyatt Simpson.
