He is survived by: his children, Susan Callahan Ledford (Mitch) and Howard Epley (Lisa) of Forest City; and his grandchildren, Frankie Mullinax (Kimberly), Jimmy Callahan (Amber), Nadia Osment (Chris), LeighAndrea Rodak (Brandon), Makesha Sisk (Mike), Kara Stafford (Wayne), Curtis Epley, Shannon Parker and Sara Hoyle (Thomas).
