He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Dotson Toney; his daughters, Theresa Toney Butler (Greg) of Sunshine and Tammie Toney Culler (Tim) of Sunshine; his sister Vivian Toney Champion of Sunshine; his grandchildren, Austin Hammond, Colton Hammond, Wesley Hammond, Breanna Hammond, Scott Culler and Savannah Culler; and his great grandchildren, Alaina Hammond and Harper Hammond.
