She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Bumgardner and Josephine Webber Bumgardner; her husband Harold Vernon Butler; and her granddaughter Melissa Stevens Ramsey. She is survived by: her children, Lola Carrol, Norman Stevens, David Stevens (Reba), Lena Stevens McKinney (Tony) and Tracy Stevens Forrest; her grandchildren, Amanda Stevens, Adam Stevens, Lisa Carroll, Phillip McKinney and Alexis Forrest; and her brothers, James Bumgardner (Karen) and Harry Bumgardner (Elizabeth).
