He is survived by: his mother Loveta Smith Lewis; his sister Rebecca O'Kelley (Roger) of Asheville; his children, Brian Crutchfield (Jessie) of Kingsport, TN and Annika Marie Crutchfield of Asheville; his grandchildren, Garrett, Harper and Emery Crutchfield; his nephews, Jim Cole, John Davenport and Will Davenport; and his great-nephew Isaiah Davenport.
