Smith, MD (Elizabeth) of Lititz, PA; his grandchildren, Katherine, Timothy, Samuel, Matthew and Julia; and his sisters, Evelyn Wright (Robert) of Elkin, NC and Lorena Bumgarner of Cherryville, NC..
