She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Denver Edwards and Barbara Geneva Edwards Penland (Hensley); and her children, Barney, Mandy, Tito, Grady, Baby, Heifer, Pooter and Gator.
She is survived by: her pets, Jessie and Crisco; her daughters, Christina Sanders (Stephen Sanders) of Hendersonville and Mishey Butler (Sammie Surrett) of Fletcher; her grandchildren, Abie Sanders, Bella Sanders, Mason Surrett, Madison Surrett and McKinley Surrett; her siblings, Garry Edwards (Kim Edwards) of Indian Trail, NC and Brenda Christopher of Fletcher; her nephew Robert Edwards (Alaina Edwards); and her nieces, Anndréa Hubbard (Kevin Hubbard), Kimberly Soofi (Ali Soofi) and Kaycee Edwards. She is also survived by several great nieces and nephews. And her daughters.
In lieu of flowers, the Church will receive commemorations on behalf of the family.
