He is survived by: his spouse Lovada Conner (Bulla) of Fletcher; his daughter Misty Scruggs (Mark) of Knoxville; his grandchildren, Amber and Ethan Scruggs; his close friends, Bill Creasman, Benny Lowe, Mike White, Mike Conley and Mike Banks; and his brother John Petros.
