It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert L. Carter (Fletcher, North Carolina), born in Asheville, North Carolina, who passed away on September 7, 2018, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Joseph Lloyd of Fletcher, NC.. He is survived by: his parent Robenia Carter (Smith) of Fletcher, NC.; and his siblings, Margaret Duncan (Bobby) of Seneca, SC, Billy Carter of Cherokee, NC, Rick Carter of Fletcher, NC and Linda Brookshire (Roby) of Canton, NC.. He is also survived by several nieces, grand-nieces and nephews, and a host of dear friends.
