She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Stepp and Alice Bagwell Stepp; her husband Charles Lee Elingburg; and her siblings, Jack Stepp and Janie Conard.

She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Seaborn (Bryan); her grandchildren, Christopher Seaborn and Jenna James (Evan); and her great grandchildren, Lilly Kate Seaborn, Adeleigh James, Blakely James and Raelyn James.
