She is survived by: her son Shane Lee Barnwell of Fletcher; and her siblings, Florence M. Harris (Tom Detka) of Fletcher, NC and S. L. Keever of Asheville, NC..

In lieu of flowers, donation may be made in Mrs. Wise's honor to 4 Seasons Hospice, 571 South Allen Road, Flat Rock, NC 28731.
