With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Lynn Pope of Fletcher, North Carolina, who passed away on February 1, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Pope and Doris Pope. He is survived by: his wife Ginger Pope; his children, Shea Pope (Danielle), Lauren Hensley (Joe) and Sarah Gilreath (Devin); his grandchildren, Carson Pope, Delainey Gilreath, Caleb Pope, Sallie Gilreath, Olivia Hensley, Savannah Pope, Della Gilreath, Wyatt Pope, Susanna Gilreath and Sophie Gilreath; and his siblings, Roland Pope (Kaye) and Mary Beth Pope.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Grace Mills River Church, to benefit the Black Mountain Home for Children.
